Return & Exchange Policy

We want you and your child to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with a toy you ordered, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy to ensure your peace of mind. This policy outlines the terms and procedures for returning or exchanging products purchased from our store.

You may return or exchange any product within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Products that have been used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Custom or personalized products are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless they are defective.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization (RA) number.
  2. Package the product securely in its original packaging, along with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or we made a mistake in your order.

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. For exchanges, we will ship the new product to you once the returned product has been inspected, and any applicable price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We will arrange for a free return and either issue a full refund or send you a replacement product, at your option. We may request photos of the defective or damaged product to assist with the claims process. Please note that we are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, handling, or storage of the product.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. This policy applies to all products including baby walkers, early learning tablets, puzzles, and accessories. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Exchange Policy.
