All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may be slightly delayed during high-volume periods, holidays, or under unusual circumstances, in which case we will make reasonable efforts to update customers about potential delays.

We offer shipping to most international destinations. Delivery times vary based on location, customs procedures, and carrier services. Standard delivery generally takes 7–15 business days for most international orders. Express shipping may be available at an additional cost, with faster estimated delivery times shown during checkout. Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on package weight, size, and destination.

Once an order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided so customers may monitor delivery progress. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Errors in address details may cause delays, failed delivery, or extra fees, which we cannot cover. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, carrier disruptions, customs inspections, or local postal services.

For international orders, customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We take care in packaging to protect fragile items such as learning tablets and puzzle pieces during transit. Products are packed in secure, damage-resistant packaging to ensure they arrive in good condition. If a package appears damaged upon delivery, customers should document the condition and follow guidelines outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy. We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice, and changes apply to all orders placed after the update.
